1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Fehm Quran website and enrolling in our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Fehm Quran provides online 1-on-1 Quran classes including Noorani Qaida, Nazra, Tajweed, Quran Memorization (Hifz) and Islamic Studies. All classes are delivered live by certified teachers over video calls.
3. Free Trial Class
Each new student is entitled to one free demo class. Trial classes are scheduled subject to teacher availability. No payment is required for the trial.
4. Payments & Fees
- Fees are charged monthly in advance for the selected package.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa.
- Prices shown on the pricing page apply and may change at any time.
- Once paid, fees are non-refundable except where a service failure is confirmed by Fehm Quran.
5. Rescheduling & Cancellation
- Students may reschedule classes by notifying the team at least a few hours in advance.
- Un-notified missed classes may be marked as attended unless a make-up is agreed.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled with notice before the next billing cycle.
6. Student Conduct
Students and parents are expected to treat teachers with respect and maintain a safe, courteous learning environment. Harassment or inappropriate behaviour will result in termination of services without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials and resources provided during classes are for personal learning use only. Copying or redistributing materials without permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fehm Quran is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. We make best efforts to provide consistent, high-quality service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of internet-based platforms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
